Rotterdam Skyline

From december 2012 until august 2015 I lived in De Coopvaert, an apartment building in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Since I lived on the 13th floor I had a great view on the Rotterdam Skyline. It never got boring to jump up from my couch to take another picture of the view – it was so diverse, from extremely colourful to almost black and white without using a filter. From august 2015 I’m travelling around Asia. Therefore I had to leave my home behind, giving someone else the change to experience this great view. In order to close this chapter of my live I created this slideshow with a selection of ‘my’ Rotterdam Skyline. The pictures you see are a mix of the view from the center of Rotterdam looking towards ‘Rotterdam Zuid’ and De Maas, but also looking towards Rotterdam West, and De Maasvlakte. I’ve also created a blog on my saying goodbye to Rotterdam – and its amazing skyline.
